Overhanging tree causing nuisance.

This tree on the highway has grown to big for the location and is causing a nuisance by overhanging my property by 20 feet and shedding debris on my garden.

  • I am an 83 year old pensioner and find the nuisance of picking up debris from branches overhanging my garden by about 20 feet a huge problem, the tree is a beech and causes continuous frustration , I was promised in November 2023 that someone would cut the overhanging branches but now in March they have not been to do this. I fear I may have to resort to legal action. Yours , John Gibbons.
