Pavement flooded during heavy rains

Reference 5386812 Reference number of the same report that was closed. The pavement was investigated during dry period so no surprise you didn't notice any problem! Every time during long period of raining the access and exit of my own house is blocked with flooded pavement. Don't say there no issue with it as I live here every day I know there is. I can send you countless of pictures till I prove you are wrong.
