Mismatch between signs and markings

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5614144.

Road signs say ‘left- hand lane for Paignton, right hand lane for Newton Abbot’

Marking say ‘traffic in left lane may feed in for Newton as they round the bend.’

The result: a fair number of near-misses as people filling the road markings are nearly side-swiped by people following the signage!
