Properties along paget street loads of green bagd
Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5612477.
About 20 green bags outside this one property however loads of properties have green bags outside their properties all along the street. The new blue bins if delivered to all properties were dumped outside instructions were in an envelope at the bottom of the bin and not posted through doors. Already massive issue with hmo and air bnb properties who never put their rubbish out at all so educating these is a must.
