Drainage channel and gully on footpath outside frychicks/Kingsthorpe spice is completely blocked. Why on earth have you closed the previous report stating it's not highway land when it clearly is?? Either clear the channel or send an enforcement notice as it is causing the public footpath to flood. But it looks like this is your problem as gully is on path.
