Significant surface water and full ditch

Opposite Daffodil Meadow, near driveway turning to Bushes House and near Lodge, Court Drive Apperley.
There has been significant surface water that is getting worse. Additionally the ditch running adjacent has seen the water levels increase despite there being minimal rain today and certainly no where near amount proportional to the increase in water level.
Severn Trent have investigated and confirmed they can find no leak.

We will investigate the issue. If additional clearance work is needed, the local highways team will prioritise the most urgent reports. Where possible, maintenance tasks will be grouped together in a schedule for efficiency.
Sometimes during periods of heavy rain, even a clear gully can be overwhelmed. Usually the water will drain away within an hour.
