Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 19:02, Wednesday 21 February 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5611801.
Hedges on west side of road overgrowing the edge of the road from this point all the way to Normans Bridge. They have been cut back on the East side of the road but on the West side they are causing trqffic to move out into the centre of the road. Likely accidents will start to happen once the spring growth grows further over the road.

The issue of the hedges narrowing the road by vegetation was raised in report ref: 5326937. To have this as a 26 week repair is not good enough as by then you will have birds nesting and you will not be allowed to trim the hedges.
