Large potholes

Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 18:25, Wednesday 21 February 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5611625.

Since the drains have been unblock and the water which has been there for weeks has gone the road under the bridge has been left extremely muddy and Hugh pot holes which can not be missed and you have to go down them which is going to seriously damage someone’s car. Where the awful residue has been left from the flood it seems to be impeding the rain water flowing to the drains and again this morning water was collecting again under the bridge. Please can this area be cleaned of the mud and stones and the pot holes filled in otherwise it is just going to allow the water to just sit there further degrading any good tarmac. There are further large potholes going towards the cottages. I must admit I could not believe that there was no attempt to clean this area and the mud removed from the drains left at the side to be washed down it again which will soon block it again.
