Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Rejected - After carrying out further land searches, we have found that the slab highlighted is not part of the public highway so is not maintained by us. We believe it is maintained by West Northants Council Property Services, so we have referred the matter to them.

This has deteriorated further since being reported - 2 slabs are now loose and falling in on each other, causing a trip hazard across the entire path.
