Entire parch of road where previously been repaired is breaking

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5611137.

Entire previously repaired parch of road is breaking up and it’s like driving over a cattle grid, this has been like it for several months now but nothing has been done , the white markings which was put around the area have completely disappeared, as this is the main road into kings Lynn for many villages and bus route when can we expect this to be repaired!
