Drain Flooding

Water has been flooding the pavement /a garden and road for several months. When icy the pavement is treacherous to walk on forcing pedestrians into the road including children walking to school. Cars forced onto the wrong side of the road to avoid the flooding. The road is poorly lit and this is an accident waiting to happen. This has had some attention at some point due to barriers and sandbags in use but no change to this issue for several months.
