Cannot get to work

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5609367.

I understand there are roadworks happening nearby but they were not happening on Mardkye Ferry Road, which is where my car is parked. This morning I spoke to a worker to ensure that there will still be access in and out of Mardyke Ferry road and they told me there would be. Now my partner cannot use our car or get to work unfortunately. Please could you let me know about a reimbursement for getting a taxi to and from work as the obstruction has caused this.
