Tree

Reported via desktop in the Tree Requires Pruning category anonymously at 09:46, Tue 20 February 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5603261.

Email received by CSC inbox 19/02/24 12:47

I complained last year about the tree, nothing was done and it has now fallen down into my garden. I have a 4 year old who has cystic fibrosis and needs to use the garden for exercise and physio therapy on her trampoline but it is unsafe as the remainder of the tree is starting to grow towards my house.

Please can I request for someone to physically come out to inspect. None of the trees in this area have been maintained for a number of years now resulting in a good proportion of residents being disrupted by this now.

  • Email received at CSC 20.02.24 15.16 Hello, I reported a long unresolved and now damaged tree which is in my garden yesterday.

I received an email today asking for my address which is 92 Dunkery road, SE9 4HU. I did reply to this email but realised afterwards that it states to not reply to that email.

The only Reference number I have, is the one in this emails subject, however I have now received two emails about this matter. One stating it has been closed with the above reference number used, the other asking for my address which had no reference number of what I could see?
