Excessive litter

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5602434.

At what point does this excessive litter become an environmental issue? It can't be good for wildlife or plants. Plus it's only a matter of time for the wind to catch some litter for it to land on a car obscuring vision and causing an accident. I see plenty of loose litter.

We all try to be proud of our environment but it's never backed up with action from those with our tax money.
