Mattresses and rubbish has been left behind the subway car park. It’s in an awful condition. Lots of rats as the car park is filled with rubbish. It’s in the car park behind the subway Unit 7-8 8 Honeys Green Lane, L12 9JH

The car park is accessed via Leyfield Road. Can this be cleared including all the litter ASAP.
