Flooding here as no cutouts and verges too high and full of vegetation so can’t drain
Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 19:22, Mon 19 February 2024
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5601508.
Again this road was impassable as whole road flooded here and runs down road flooding the bottom of Apethorpe road /church where the gardens were flooded and homes had to have sandbags . This area needs cutouts so water drains off the road into the verges and doesn’t pour down the road flooding the village houses at the bottom of hill . The whole of Apethorpe road from Nassington to Apethorpe needs cutouts as verges too high and fields higher than road so floods every times all along this road and past the livery and woods and along duwn towards Apethorpe is a serious flood problem all along needs cutouts as road has been impassable as flooded four times this month alone . Also water from road puts down hill like a river and floods Nassington church street like yesterday and Apethorpe end floods around the triangle needs cutouts whole length of road asap like you did woidnewton road as huge flooding problem on this road
