Noisy manhole cover

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5600271.

Manhole cover is making a loud noise every time a car drives over it. Anglia Water written on the manhole cover. Reported to them and was immediately resolved and not fixed.
