This small drain is blocked causing flooding.

This drain is always blocked! I have lifted the grid and cleaned it out as well as I can but it remains blocked around the bend. The water collects whenever it rains heavily, spreading across the pavement and drive to my house and St Mary’s primary school. Parents and children have to paddle through it. This has been reported many times before over the last ten years but has NEVER been cleared properly.
