Inconsiderate building work

Number 50 have been digging out since December. The dumper truck driver overfills the truck and drops it all down the road. It's not only a mess , it's dangerous as idiots speed down here and it's like a skid pad. My car has been hit and several other neighbours gave stopped cleaning their cars because he goes past and drops clay and half bricks everywhere. We are walking the clay into our homes. It really needs addressing. It is being dragged down onto the Wells Road which Is even more dangerous.
