This was previously reported on 14.7.23 and given the reference number 4787219. It was reported as fixed on 15.1.24 but this is clearly not the case as seen in the photos.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We have inspected the area pinpointed and we can confirm we have scheduled maintenance in the area within the next 26 weeks, as per our priority levels. But we hope to complete it as soon as possible. You will receive further updates once it has been completed.

  • As I said in my original report, this was originally reported on 14.7.23 and given the reference number 4787219. It was reported as fixed on 15.1.24 but this is clearly not the case as seen in the photos. Why then, is this going to take another 6 months to repair? I would like to raise this as a complaint. Please let me know how to raise this.
