Illegal parking on non dropped kerb

Sent to West Sussex County Council and Worthing Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5591623.

65 cranleigh road have not dropped their kerb and continue to park three cars in the drive across the pavement causing damage to the piping underneath. Pleas address as they have not paid to do this.
