Broken glass under fallen tree children climb on

There is quite a lot of broken and sharp clear glass under a large fallen tree which children use to climb on and dogs would walk over. We have covered with some sticks but it needs clearing and I don’t have gloves or a bag to do it. I also don’t live in Liverpool. I’m visiting the area.
