Road closesure inadequately signed

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5590389.

Only one diversion sign when upon the road closure. Nothing at the start of the road on either entrance involving travelling approx 2 miles before finding out road is closed and limited turning space. Possibly Anglian water? Lazy contractors!!
