Ringgo parking very difficult to use

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5589745.

Using ringgo here is a very poor experience. App simply does not work. After about 8 emails and lots of frustration I managed to pay via website. All this while 2 young children in the car. Queue of people trying to do the same, some who simply gave up. Why make is so complicated? A simple contactless payment would be far far better
