Road surface drains blocked

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5589664.

The road surface drains have been blocked all winter. This leads to washing away of the road surface, which is constantly being repaired. Also people are being drenched by water in potholes.
