Damaged bin was removed and not replaced

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5589658.

The bin alongside the north direction bus stop was damaged and removed months ago. It has not been replaced. This causes rubbish to be left around the bus stop and in the adjacent square. A bus stop needs a bin.
