Collapsed verge causing flooding

Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5587320.

Road is narrow; vehicles have used a slightly wider part as passing place but this has caused verge to collapse into drainage ditch/stream and subsequent flooding which isn't dissipating; am concerned that drivers will think this is a proper passing place and will be unable to get out of soft verge; whole drainage needs to be looked at on this short stretch of road.
