Parking on pavement
Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5587254.
On 10 February at 19:13 till 04:00 a black B M W reg X7HGL,was parked on the pavement also double yellow lines,obstructing the pavement,if the emergency services was called out to the property near by they would encounter this vehicle blocking the entrance to said property causing difficulty which could cause issues accessing the property if needed for help which could cause injury or even fatalities if emergency services cannot get to property because people ignore the Highway Code and ignore double yellow lines and just use the pavement as there right park there vehicles…
