Roadside fence is subsiding in to deep running ditch
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5584573.
Drive down Marshmouth lane to the point highlighted on the map and it can’t be missed.
The fence is subsiding in 2 places-both very obvious.
This has been slowly happening since the ditch was dredged/widened around 15 years ago. But has been accelerated by recent large volumes of LGVs delivering building materials to several developments, getting too close to the inside of a sweeping bend.

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
