Pavement repair / post removal

Hi, following a mains electric blowout SSE arrived on 13/02/24 for an emergency repair. It was a quick response to be fair. They removed the safety bollards with a digger and in the process damaged all the paint work. I do feel the tarmac, kerb stones and posts have been left in a very shoddy state. They have also damaged our brand new decking. I’d appreciate if you could inspect them for an experts opinion. The bollards have also been placed in a different position than where they were last week. Thank you.
