Can the council please liaise with the Tier scooter company as they have allocated a parking area (which the council apparently approved!) for their scooters which obstruct access to the building both from the cellar access as shown but also often in front of the office and nursery entrances. This is dangerous for all occupants coming and going. Please can this be relocated asap to somewhere that doesn’t block access to places of work.
