Parking on pavement

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5579791.

Black B M W ,reg X7HGL ,14 Feb at 19:13 till 15 February at 04:00 was parked on the pavement,blocking the path,if the emergency services was called out for any reason during this car on the pavement and others doing same thing daily on Moorhouse Road,they would encounter these vehicles blocking there entrance into the relevant homes they are try to enter because of the selfish acts of people just believing they can park there vehicles on the pavement without any repercussions from yourselves and the police ,will it take a severe casualty or even a fatality for this reckless behaviour of parking on the pavement,before this is stopped by the authorities in charge of the highway…
