Traffic light timings need changing

Traffic lights at the PE Way / Tewks Road roundabout are only green for 12 seconds on the PE Way approach. This only allows a few cars or 1 HGV to get through on each green cycle. This is causing major tailbacks and is pushing more and more cars onto residential roads. Google maps and looking in person shows that the other approaches have no queues when PE Way is queued back to Orchard Way or even Coronation Square. This has been the case for a few weeks, ever since the resurfacing was completed. Can someone please adjust the timings, or better still, decommission these traffic lights?
