Continued Flooding. Faulty drainage

The road on Church lane Rushford continually floods, at this time the road is in accessible to properties along this lane, this also makes it impossible to access the village church. There is a drain outside the property of Woodlands Church lane, however this does not allow for drainage during rain fall. There are multiple pot holes along Church lane, a road sign along this lane is knocked down and lying in a bush. The road requires re surfacing to prevent further damage to vehicles using this road. Access for elderly village residents using walking aids to access the church weekly is unacceptable due to un level road surface.
