Drain blocked with leaves

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5572862.

Drain is blocked with gravel and leaves. I tried to clear the top but the leaves go deep doen into the drain. The cover is completely blocked not allowing any water to go down.
