Blocked pavement and hanging branches

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5571518.

Overgrown hedges that are completely blocking at least 10 metres of pavement. This is not acceptable to be walking out into the road to pass. The tree in the garden has branches hanging across Dunford Rod.

  • This issue has been raised and closed many times and no action has been taken by the land owner adjacent to the pavement.

    In 4793984 an enforcement letter was sent. We have sent an enforcement letter to request that the land owner takes action on the issue raised. If the matter remains unresolved 28 days from the date of this update, please let us know via a new enquiry on Fix My Street so that we can consider whether further action is required.

    Issues keep getting closed with no action being taken.
