Brambles and bushes now growing into th road

Narrow country road turning into a tunnel! Robust vegetation - brambles, bushes, broken branches extending into the road and in many places nowhere for vehicles to pass or walkers to avoid traffic. Problem extends from junction onwards to wards north.
