Contractor has narrowed road to one one for no apparent reason forcing you through the potholes THEY created

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5569343.

Work ongoing on new flats. Contractors have destroyed the road by parking their hiabs across the dropped kerb. Their heavy plant has created massive potholes in the left lane heading towards Colston road. They have this morning, closed off the right lane and crossing point (for unknown reason) forcing you to drive through the two massive potholes they created. What is the reason for this road narrowing and will be they made to fix the mess they have created of the road?
