Frost Lane, yet another pothole near blocked drain

I first reported this as a developing pothole a few weeks ago and it is now a large pothole. The roadside drain is blocked, as is the drain at the top of Frost Lane, and flooding on the road means motorists cannot see the pothole to avoid it.

The Frost Lane drainage problem has been reported many times, but flooding still occurs.
