    As one can see this is not rectified the same vehicle is parking daily on pavement and double yellow lines,down Moorhouse Road the owner lives at 32 Moorhouse Road hu55pp,a simple letter sent to this person explaining the situation would I believe rectify the situation him knowing that the council have evidence of the situation of parking on pavement and double yellow lines.. black BMW X7 HGL… parked there fri ,sat and Sunday clearly ignoring the yellow lines ect ….
