Resident Extending Verge into Road

The resident of The Lamb at Satwell has once again been extending the verge outside his property into the highway. County Council fixed this problem two years ago, the resident is again extending the verge and placing stone bollards onto the highway. This has narrowed the highway to single lane on a blind corner and is extremely dangerous.
