This person is living on a boat on the river and is leaving his car obstructing access for vehicles using the track. He does not own the land where his car is parked and has no right to park there.

  • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - We can confirm that this is a private issue that you would need to take up with the owner of the land. North Northamptonshire Highways are responsible for the maintenance of the Bridleway and not any vehicular access along the track.
