Pot hole
Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 14:45, Mon 12 February 2024
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5566645.
Pot hole on roundabout exiting towards Rushden. Relatively small, but with the heavy traffic here, will become bigger quickly. Might be an idea to sort all the potholes in this area on the same day. There appears to be rather a lot of reports. Must be more economical as well.

Still there, getting worse. Much like most roads in the county. Wonder what the point in reporting problems is, they just leave them to damage vehicles or do poor jobs at "fixing" them.

Like 99% of pot holes, they are reported "investigated" and rarely fixed. If they are, it's usually a shoddy job. This remains unfixed. But there are much worse within a few hundred yards of this roundabout that also remain untouched. Councils are a waste of time and money!

Doesn't surprise me it's not been fixed. I think vehicles have to be swallowed up by pot holes before they are considered to be big enough to need filling in.

Wait to see if it's fixed by the stated date. I doubt anyone will have the intelligence to address the approach to the roundabout on Irthlingborough road at the same time. That would require common sense and the thought of saving money.

Think they sent the blind people out again as they appear to have fixed two other pot holes with a few feet, but not this one.
