Footway/dropped kerb pothole

The Footway/dropped kerb has a large pothole that fills up with rainwater and makes wheel chair difficult. It was marked in yellow paint several weeks for maintenance, but it wasn't fixed as it was likely the markings were hidden under water and leaves from the storms.
