Entrance into road

We have several potholes now on the road in a terrible condition, large stones are now coming away and are being sprayed widely across the pavement and wider road. People are having to swerve in their cars to miss the holes they are becoming so bad. There are now concerns that the large stones coming out of the potholes may cause damage to the cars in the road particularly the vehicles parked outside peoples houses. The road is becoming a hazard. We need proper repairs and resurfacing.
