A grey box has been installed on the pavement. This has reduced the width of the footpath and has created a hazard for the visually impared, elderly and parents with prams and pushchairs.

This a recent instalation and surely can not be right. The footpath width has been decreased and an obstacle has been created. The visually inmpared are likely to walk into it and parents with a buggy and walking children are likely to have to step into the road. This can't be right when there is room to install this on the verge. I'm assuming its a fibre optic installation and wonder why it cant be installed below ground level as the other recent instalation. As well as a hazard it is an eyesore.
