OOad and footpath flooded

The Long Tow road and footpath floods each year and has been reported many times. This is a critical route to get to work and local schools. Having to walk through this water is unacceptable, like many others have asked please can the drainage be repaired/ cleaned. Failing that can a temporary bridge be placed over the water to enable use to walk safely over the water. In addition there is another sizable pot hole in the middle of the road which is causing problems
