Standing water on road and entrance to property.

Every time we have any sort of rain we get standing water from the road onto our property. It causes damage to our property and also makes walking onto our property impossible sometimes. Problems occurred when properties switched from cess pits to mains drainage according to a neighbour who complained about the issue to me. The problem has been since we’ve moved in during November 2017. We would like to do work ourselves if no assistance can be provided.
