Gable end of house 25 Vicarage Lane, Welton

Reported via mobile in the Street light category anonymously at 15:36, Sunday 11 February 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 493166.

The light on the gable end of 25 Vicarage Lane, Welton, was removed when overhead cables also attached to the house gable end were replaced. The street light has not been replaced. It is now very dark here at night. From the map you can see that this house is at a cross roads junction with Lincoln Road/Vicarage Lane/Sudbeck Lane which has two exits. It is a dangerous junction and the light needs replacing as soon as possible.

  • We’ve had a look at the street light and found that it’s not working because there’s a problem with the power supply. We’ve reported this to the electricity board. Once they have fixed getting power to the light we will re-inspect it and schedule any further repairs if necessary.
