This car parked on pavement completely on the path obstructing walkway and prams and wheelchair users ,was there for the duration of the night . Also on a corner and double yellow lines ..

    Unfortunately not at all vehicles are still using the pavement as a car park also ignoring the double yellow lines as you can clearly see in these pictures.. Moorhouse Road is basically a car park for these vehicles…
